Lingkaran paling kecil berada di bagian paling dalam yang ditata menggunakan lempengan-lempengan batu hitam dan dikelilingi oleh lingkaran berikutnya yang areanya berwarna putih. Lingkaran ketiga, yang paling luar berwarna merah karena diisi dengan tanah merah. Bagi klan penguasa utara pulau ini, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;utun bangat&amp;#039;&amp;#039; juga merupakan manifestasi dari &amp;#039;&amp;#039;bungtilu&amp;#039;&amp;#039; yang hadir dalam bentuk kain tenun Helong. Kenyataannya, ada perbedaan antara &amp;#039;&amp;#039;utun bangat&amp;#039;&amp;#039; dengan kain tenun Helong, di mana warna pada &amp;#039;&amp;#039;utun bangat&amp;#039;&amp;#039; adalah merah, putih, dan hitam sedangkan warna pada kain tenun Helong adalah merah, putih dan kuning.&lt;br /&gt;

Sementara itu, &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;utun bangat&amp;#039;&amp;#039; menurut klan Tausbele Kauhlae&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; merupakan tempat persembahyangan yang selalu berada di hutan, di bawah pohon-pohon besar, jauh dari permukiman maupun aktivitas warga. Hal ini dibenarkan oleh beberapa narasumber lain di wilayah selatan. &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Utun bangat&amp;#039;&amp;#039; klan Tausbele Kauhlae yang berada di daratan Semau selalu berada di bawah pohon &amp;#039;&amp;#039;biuk&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, berupa para-para kayu &amp;#039;&amp;#039;kula&amp;#039;&amp;#039; bercabang tiga dan dikelilingi lingkaran batu pelat. Di sisi lain, Barnabas Laitabun, tokoh adat di desa Uithiuhana kecamatan Semau Selatan menyatakan jika &amp;#039;&amp;#039;utun bangat&amp;#039;&amp;#039; berupa lingkaran batu pelat yang di tengahnya terdapat kayu &amp;#039;&amp;#039;kanonak&amp;#039;&amp;#039;/ kayu lem. Di areal &amp;#039;&amp;#039;utun bangat&amp;#039;&amp;#039; ini biasa ditanam tujuh rumpun padi gaga (&amp;#039;&amp;#039;ale tuwak&amp;#039;&amp;#039;) atau jagung pulut yang menjadi sumber benih untuk ditanam di setiap musim tanam.
